Refund policy

We hope you love what you ordered — but if not, you have 28 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind.

 

Returns are free in the UK: a prepaid return label comes in the box with your order — fix it to the parcel and drop it off. If you need another label, email hello@oliveandmuse.com with your order number. Items should come back unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

 

The 28-day window is in addition to your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and have a further 14 days to return it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.
